Talbot Training is a small training consultancy, comprising of 6 trainers
including Lin, supplying quality affordable training to the care sector
as well as businesses and charities in and around the South East of
England.We specialise in health & safety related subjects such
as risk assessment for your organisational environment, personal safety
and lone working and awareness-raising sessions for the wide range
of commonly found health conditions that your staff will encounter
in the domiciliary, residential and hospital environments such as:
Stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Motor Neurone disease, Epilepsy,
Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes etc etc......
In addition Lin Talbot Training is a registered Centre for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) with qualified trainers authorised to deliver Risk Assessment, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Manual Handling and Health and Safety in Health and Social Care training to the highest standards.
All the training that we deliver can be in either an open access format where you can send one or two of your staff to a session running at a specified venue in your area, or as an in-house course designed to meet the organisational needs of your staff only, at a venue of your choice and at a time to suit you.
In order to offer all of your staff the option of attaining accreditation for their hard work, which is recognised at inspection, we offer Open College Network (OCN) courses accredited to Level 2 and Level 3 either as open access, in-house and/or train the trainer options.
